Public Art: A Gift to the Street

Public art does more than ornamenting a neighborhood, it creates conversation, connection, and transforms everyday sidewalks into memorable experiences. At The Delta, we view art as a true gift to the street.

Public Art in The Delta: A Gift to the Street

In The Delta, public art isn’t just decoration, it’s part of the experience. It’s the mural you pass on your way to work, the sculpture that sparks a conversation over dinner, or the unexpected detail that makes guests stop and smile.

Within our current two-block neighborhood, every building contributes what we call “A Gift to the Street”, a mural, a sculpture, or an interactive feature designed to elevate the pedestrian experience. These installations are here to inspire joy, reflection, and connection for residents, visitors, and even those simply passing through.

Our newest piece, “Who Rescued Who” by artist Lorri Acott, now welcomes guests at the entrance of The Clark building on Clark Street & Jackson Blvd. the future home of The Delta’s Leasing Office. This heartfelt sculpture pays tribute to the bonds we share with our four-legged companions and the stories they bring into our lives. For anyone who has ever loved a dog, it’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and feel at home.

As The Delta continues to grow, so does the collection of art woven into its streets and corners. Around every turn, you’ll find something beautiful, something designed to remind you that you belong here. Explore The Delta neighborhood and discover the art, culture, and other local experiences.

Because creating places people love starts with thoughtful details. And in The Delta, art is one of the most powerful ways we say: welcome.
