Artist Lorri Acott’s bronze sculpture captures the special connection between people and their dogs. Positioned near The Clark and Ivy Row, the piece offers a quiet moment of recognition for anyone who knows that the relationship between a person and a pet often goes both ways.

Whimsical and full of movement, “Into the Wind…” brings art and water together outside The Penstock.
Created by Carmel-based artist Arlon Bayliss, the sculpture fountain draws inspiration from the familiar experience of making a wish and sending it out into the world. Its design evokes a dandelion caught in the wind, creating a piece that feels playful from a distance and reveals even more detail as you get closer.

Standing approximately 35 feet tall, “Hope, Happiness, & New Beginnings” brings a large-scale artistic landmark to the Elkhart Riverwalk.
Also created by Arlon Bayliss, the sculpture centers on ideas of optimism, growth, and looking toward what comes next. Its location along the Riverwalk connects those themes with one of the neighborhood’s most recognizable outdoor spaces, giving walkers, runners, residents, and visitors another reason to slow down and take in their surroundings.
